2014 Forest River Vengeance

The 2014 Forest River Vengeance is a toy-hauler series offered in several floorplans and configurations (travel trailer and fifth-wheel styles). Factory-standard equipment and finishes varied by model and trim, but typical factory-default features included the following categories and items:

Exterior and chassis
- Reinforced chassis and frame designed for toy-hauler use, with heavy-duty axles and suspension components rated for cargo in the garage area.
- Steel or aluminum frame rails with laminated exterior wall construction and a protective outer skin intended for road use.
- Rear ramp door that converts to a load ramp and, on some floorplans, a patio or patio deck with removable railing.
- Exterior storage compartments and pass-through storage bays sized according to the floorplan.
- Power awning for shade over the main side entry door.
- Exterior utility hookups including city water connection, tank flush, 110V shore power connection, cable/satellite hookup and exterior shower in many models.

Garage and cargo area (toy-hauler specific)
- Dedicated garage area with reinforced flooring and multiple D-ring or track tie-down points to secure ATVs, motorcycles or gear.
- Fold-away or convertible furniture in the garage (fold-down sofas, bed/bench assemblies, or dining tables) to allow the area to serve as living or sleeping space when unloaded.
- Upper or lower bunk options available in some layouts.
- Interior ramp access and ventilation vents or windows to promote airflow in the cargo area.

Interior living spaces
- Main living area with a combination of sofa or theater seating and a dinette; some floorplans include a tri-fold sofa or reclining theater seating.
- Laminate or wood-finish cabinetry with factory-stained cabinet doors and drawers, and solid-surface or laminate countertops in kitchen and entertainment areas.
- Slide-out rooms in many models to increase living space; slide mechanisms factory-installed with trim and seals.

- Entertainment center with TV hookup, stereo receiver, interior speakers, and storage for media components.

Sleeping quarters and bedroom features
- Front bedroom with a factory-installed mattress (queen or king depending on model), mattress platform, and wardrobe storage.
- Built-in closets and dresser storage; slide-out wardrobes or overhead cabinets in many configurations.
- Privacy door separating the bedroom from the main living area.

Bathroom and plumbing systems
- Full bathroom with shower (often a fiberglass surround or acrylic pan), skylight or skylight vent above the shower on many models, vanity with sink and mirror, and a residential-style or RV porcelain toilet.
